How to avoid eye damage in the sun, and other things you may want to know

It’s the sun that causes the most sunburns, but it also causes the least amount of damage.

That’s why it’s so important to get the right shade and use sunscreen that contains Vitamin E, Vitamin C, Vitamin B6, and Vitamin E. Here are the five things to keep in mind if you’re thinking about wearing sunglasses during the summer.

Make sure you get plenty of Vitamin E Vitamin E is the key to protecting your eyes and skin from damaging UV rays, says dermatologist Elizabeth C. Miller.

In fact, Miller recommends that everyone get at least 2,000 IU of vitamin E daily.

It’s also a good idea to have a couple of tablespoons of olive oil, or a few drops of Vitamin B12, a supplement made from the human body’s natural B12 that can be found in olive oil.

Get plenty of vitamin C Vitamin C is another important sun-protecting vitamin, says Miller.

It helps to help your body absorb UV rays and help protect your skin from the damaging effects of UV radiation.

In general, vitamin C is found in fruit, vegetables, olive oil and certain meats and fish.

Use sunscreen with a good quality sunscreen This sunscreen can also be helpful in protecting your face, neck and hands from the sunburn, says Dr. Daniel R. Pincus, an ophthalmologist at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.

In addition to protecting against the sun’s damaging effects, sunscreen also helps protect your eyes, neck, and hands against the damaging impacts of UV rays.

“As you use sunscreen, the skin can absorb more of the sunscreen’s protective effect and help the skin to produce more sunscreen,” he explains.

“It also helps to keep the sunscreen on longer, so it doesn’t just start to take off.”

The sunscreen is usually applied by the side, and then rubbed in between your palms.

Avoid over-the-counter sunscreens Sunscreens can be difficult to find, but you can buy some over- the-counter ones at drugstores, online, or online at beauty supply stores.

But make sure you use them with care.

They can be dangerous for you, Miller warns.

“A lot of people just don’t realize they can get some sunburn from them,” she says.

“So it’s important to avoid over-prescription sunscopes and use a product that’s formulated to protect you against UV rays.”

Choose a sunscreen with an expiration date If you’re planning to wear a sunscreen for the rest of your life, you might want to make sure to apply it as soon as possible, according to Miller.

“We do not recommend using sunscoots that have expired on the date that they were made,” she explains.

Miller recommends you apply a sunscreen in the morning, then apply it in the afternoon, then again in the evening, and so on.

For example, if you’ve got a sunburn that lasts for an hour, you can apply a tan-to-sunscreen in the middle of the day.
